Since October 2025, Hugo has been part of our Baggenstos team as Team Lead Operations as well as Service & Project Manager. After completing his commercial apprenticeship (KV), he moved straight into IT in 2005, where he progressed from software engineer to IT manager and then broadened his expertise in the IT world through further exciting roles. In parallel, he trained as a software engineer, IT specialist and most recently as a business IT specialist.
He enjoys spending his free time with his family, working out at the gym or eagerly following the current Formula 1 season.
