The VUD template supports the documentation of risk factors as well as planned and implemented measures. More than two dozen typical risk scenarios are already preconfigured. All that’s needed is an individual assessment of the consequences. The form also provides recommendations on whether notifications or alerts are required. Additionally, it allows for case documentation and analysis over time.
