Your Mission: Innovation and Customer Success
In this diverse role, you will be the central point of contact for our customers. You will act as a versatile link between different areas of responsibility and skillfully navigate a dynamic environment where situational decisions are required. Your goal is to build strong partnerships and fairly represent the interests of all parties.
- In Incident, Problem, and Release Management, you will act as a central hub and be responsible for planning and coordinating all activities.
- In Change Management, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of changes – from recording, evaluation, and prioritization to approval and implementation. You will ensure that changes are carried out in a structured, low-risk manner with minimal impact on operations. You will analyze completed changes for quality and stability and derive continuous improvement measures.
- You will organize and plan technical solutions together with the teams and successfully implement them.
- You will independently manage smaller projects and work closely with our IT Project Managers on larger initiatives.
- You will be responsible for reporting and SLA management and persuasively represent Managed Services to customers.
- You will identify customer problems or recurring challenges and advocate internally for their sustainable resolution.
Your Profile – Your Strengths for Excellent Service
- You have already gained experience in IT Service Management, or you have several years of experience as a System Engineer and wish to transition into IT Service Management.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365 & Azure).
- Ideally, you have completed further training in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL certification).
- You are a talented organizer with strong communication skills (fluent German is a must) and master the art of lateral leadership.
