How you create added value
The focus of your work lies in Cloud Operations across the areas of Platform (Azure, Security), Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365, Security) and Network (Ethernet, Wireless, VPN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, etc.).
- You analyse problems, develop proposed solutions and implement them.
- You ensure the secure and stable operation of customers' cloud infrastructures (Azure, M365) by resolving faults (incidents) and carrying out root cause analyses
- You optimise the operation of cloud infrastructures by planning changes and implementing them accordingly.
- You help to automate processes.
- You support us in monitoring customer infrastructures and, in addition, carry out system maintenance at customer sites.
- You carry out work on scheduled service days on site at customers.
What makes you the ideal candidate
To be successful in this exciting position, you should bring the following:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a computer scientist or a comparable qualification.
- You have experience with Windows Server environments.
- You have knowledge in the areas of network, Azure and Microsoft 365.
- You have been able to gain initial experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell).
- As a person, you are reliable, assertive and resilient.
- You enjoy interacting with customers.
- You are open-minded and enjoy working in a team.
- Fluent German and English skills perfectly round off your profile.
