About the position
You have sound experience in the field of Microsoft Cloud Services and bring a solid understanding of IT security – ideally from an SME environment. Topics such as AI-powered solutions, Microsoft Copilot or Microsoft Foundry are no strangers to you, and you can purposefully bring their added value into customer conversations and presales situations. You enjoy being in contact with people, have leadership experience and take pleasure in delivering projects large and small.

Your responsibilities
- Independent management of IT projects in the areas of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 / Modern Work as well as Security and Identity – from initialisation through to successful handover
- Responsibility for the planning, control, budget and quality assurance of projects
Support in presales – from solution development and proposals through to customer presentations - Direct communication with customers as the central point of contact
- Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams made up of internal specialists and external partners
- Advising and supporting customers in the use of AI-powered Microsoft solutions such as Copilot or Microsoft Foundry
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, status reports and presentations
- Identifying risks and proactively developing solution strategies
- Supporting the further development of internal project management methods and processes
What you bring
- Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in a consulting or IT services environment – experience in presales and in solution development with customers is a clear plus
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies in the areas of Azure, Microsoft 365, Security & Compliance as well as Identity (Entra ID).
- Initial experience with AI-powered solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience in delivering cloud or Modern Work projects – ideally with a technical foundation that allows you to speak with engineers as equals
- Knowledge in the area of IT security, ideally with practical experience in SME environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills, along with a passion for conveying complex topics in an understandable way – both internally and with customers
- A high level of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good written and spoken German skills (English an advantage)
