Who needs your support?
Are you highly motivated and looking for a challenge in cloud and managed services? Do you want to work in an environment where continuous learning and development are actively encouraged? Welcome to A. Baggenstos AG – Switzerland's leading Microsoft Cloud and Managed Service Provider.
Our new headquarters, an innovative timber building, is located right next to Wallisellen train station. It is a place that fosters exchange and cohesion. In this inspiring environment, 60 operations and system engineers, project managers, consultants, service managers, and other cloud enthusiasts work closely together – whether on the rooftop terrace, in the lounge, or in our modern office. Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and flexibility form the basis of our daily interactions and are the secret to our unique team spirit. These values are reflected in our Kununu reviews, where we were named a Top Swiss Company 2026.

- You will handle incidents and service requests independently and document your work clearly in our ticketing system.
- You will coordinate with our specialists from operations and engineering for more complex issues.
- You will provide expert, solution-oriented advice to our customers and ensure a high level of service quality.
- You will identify potential for optimization in customer environments and proactively suggest improvements.
