How you add value
Your primary focus will be on Modern Work and Microsoft 365. You will ensure a secure, stable, and modern workplace for our clients.
- You will analyze issues within the Microsoft 365 environment, develop proposed solutions, and implement them independently.
- You will ensure the operation of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.
- You will resolve incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and provide support for complex disruptions.
- You will plan and implement changes to continuously improve client environments.
- You will assist in automating processes using Microsoft technologies.
- You will support and advise clients on Modern Work topics as well as security features within Microsoft 365.
- You will conduct service days and maintenance work for clients either on-site or remotely.
What makes you the ideal candidate
To be successful in this exciting position, you should meet the following requirements:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in platform development or hold a comparable qualification.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, etc.).
- You have experience in endpoint management and client management.
- Ideally, you are familiar with Microsoft security solutions such as Defender, Conditional Access, and Entra ID.
- You have initial experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
- You work in a structured, reliable, and customer-oriented manner.
- You are open-minded, enjoy working in a team, and take pleasure in interacting with customers.
- Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile.
