How you add value

As an AI Solution Architect, you act as a technical sparring partner and thought leader for everything related to Microsoft AI. You advise our clients as an equal – from department heads to C-level executives – on meaningful AI use cases, develop viable solution designs, and work with our team to implement them using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure AI, and Microsoft Foundry.

Your work will focus on the following areas:

• Advising clients on the identification, planning, and introduction of Microsoft AI solutions
• Designing and implementing AI solutions, copilots, and agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI
• Continuously developing the Baggenstos AI Landing Zone and establishing standardized AI services, architectures, and best practices
• Ensuring governance, security, and compliance for the secure use of AI (Purview, DLP, MIP, Agent 365)
• Conducting workshops, presales activities, and client presentations
• Representing Baggenstos' AI expertise internally and externally as an expert, speaker, and thought leader

What makes you the ideal candidate

To be successful in this exciting position, you should meet the following requirements:

• You have 1–3 years of practical experience in Microsoft AI, Copilot, and agent solutions.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry.
• You have experience in designing and implementing AI, automation, and agentic AI solutions.
• You have a solid understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance, particularly Microsoft Purview, DLP, MIP, Defender for Cloud Apps, and current data protection regulations.
• You are confident in advising clients at the management and C-level and can facilitate workshops in a professional and goal-oriented manner.
• You are able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and audience-appropriate way.
• You enjoy speaking at webinars, client events, or internal formats.
• You work independently, are curious and team-oriented, and enjoy shaping innovative AI solutions for Swiss SMEs.
• Professional proficiency in German and good English skills round off your profile.

The following Microsoft certifications (held or in progress) are an advantage:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900)
• Microsoft Certified: AI Transformation Leader (AB-731/AB-730)
• Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (AB-100)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate (AI-103)
