Solution & Implementation
The modernisation included the migration of local systems to the cloud and the consolidation of the existing IT infrastructure. The focus was on increasing efficiency, improving security and reducing maintenance costs.
Cloud Focus and Security
- Cloud migration: Identities transferred to Azure cloud, all local systems and servers replaced by cloud services.
- Security solutions: Microsoft Defender introduced for end devices, servers and services, multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access policy (CAP).
- Modern services: Windows 365 Desktop, Business Apps (ERP), Microsoft Teams including telephony.
Data and app management:
- The file service has been replaced by Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
