During the Cloud Readiness Check, we analyze your current infrastructure and develop a cloud strategy tailored to your business. You will receive a binding offer, including a migration roadmap and a cost overview.
How the assessment works
We begin by inventorying your servers, storage systems, network infrastructure, and backup landscape. We analyze dependencies between applications and identify what can move directly to the cloud, what should be modernized, and what is best kept on-premises. Your existing licensing is also factored into the analysis, allowing us to determine what can continue to be utilized via Azure Hybrid Benefit.
Based on this, we design your target cloud architecture: a customized Azure design complete with a landing zone, security baseline, a clear identity concept, and, where appropriate, a hybrid strategy via Azure Arc. Your data will remain in the Swiss Azure regions, and Swiss data protection law is considered from the outset.
Finally, you will receive a migration plan detailing priorities, timelines, and a transparent cost estimate. You'll see which workloads will be migrated first, the cost of the migration, and the realistic long-term savings, such as the elimination of hardware investments, maintenance contracts, and server room operations.
From workshop to ongoing operations
The Cloud Readiness Check is your entry point. Should you decide to migrate, we will guide you through the implementation in phases and subsequently manage operations within our Managed Service Program. Performance, availability, cost optimization, and FinOps are continuously monitored to ensure your cloud environment not only functions but also operates economically.

Where is our data stored?
In Microsoft data centers in Switzerland. Microsoft operates two data centers in Zurich and Geneva. Your data remains in Switzerland, in compliance with Swiss data protection law. We configure your environment to ensure data residency meets your regulatory requirements. Upon request, we also advise on industry-specific compliance requirements.
