What sets us apart as a kununu Top Company 2026

We are bursting with pride: following 2024 and 2025, Baggenstos has once again received the kununu Top Company seal for 2026. This places us among the top five per cent of the most employee-friendly companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The employer review platform kununu recognises Baggenstos as a Top Company 2026. The award is based on independent employee reviews submitted on the platform. Baggenstos therefore ranks among the companies offering the best working environment in Switzerland.

The kununu Top Company seal is awarded exclusively to companies in the DACH region that are rated most positively by their employees.
“We feel honoured to be among the top five per cent,” says Baggenstos CEO Renato Petrillo. “The seal reflects what has distinguished Baggenstos for more than 100 years: our culture is built around the colleagues who truly make the difference,” he adds.
 

Baggenstos aims to support colleagues in their long-term professional development.“Especially as AI is transforming jobs across the SME landscape, long-term, human-to-human partnerships are essential for delivering the best possible IT services,” says Renato. His conclusion: “Deep technical expertise combined with an understanding of our customers’ individual business processes requires an employer who places colleagues at the centre.”

What the kununu Top Company 2026 seal stands for

The award is granted exclusively to companies in the DACH region that have received a minimum number of reviews since their profile was created and have achieved an average rating of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of five) within the past twelve months.
